Justin Janca oversees irrigation tracking, invoice analysis, and smart controller programming. In addition, he serves as Assistant District Manager.

Field Specialist
Nick Moncada works primarily with our water districts to provide process management, backflow certification, irrigation repair, meter readings, GIS mapping, and permit compliance.

Shad works several of our large metropolitan district properties. He oversees vendors as well as tackling projects large and small.
